OF APOLLO POWER YOGA
Apollo Power Yoga was founded in 2013 by Hamish Kenworthy and Margo Perpick
to teach power vinyasa yoga and restorative practices to Christchurch.

Margo is a wonderful experienced yogi and teacher. She is ERY-200 and co-leads Apollo Power Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training course, Step into your Power. Margo teaches with passion, power and peace. You will learn and grow in her care as your teacher.
Alice is our longest standing teacher having been teaching for us since 2016. You will love Alice’s intelligence, humility and humour as she teaches you your early morning classes.
Lucy has a degree in the performing arts. You will value her skills in clear communication and her ability to convey the energy and mood of the moment in her classes.
Karen has a wonderful earthy, nurturing presence. Her Relax and Restore classes are a wonderful experience of relaxation and softening. She will help you wind down your day beautifully.
Brylee is an Endermologie technician for us who also sometimes teaches yoga classes. Brylee is extremely clear, effective and engaging in all she brings to our studio.
Graeme has only been practicing yoga for a few years but took to the practice immediately. He has been teaching with us since late 2022. Graeme brings decency, simplicity and service to his classes.
Lydia is both a teacher of power yoga and relax and restore classes as well as an Endermologie technician. Lydia is committed to the arts of health and wellbeing at all levels and brings that care to her work on your behalf.
Jocelyn is a clear and caring teacher who will challenge and support you in equal measure. Jocelyn trained with us in 2022/23 and has been teaching for us since completing her training.
Mel primarily teaches in a relieving capacity for us. Having experienced a serious shoulder injury earlier in life she understands the process of recovery. Mel celebrates the small achievements you make in your practice.
Brad has been regularly practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for 6 years. He values yoga as a means of keeping him strong and mobile for his active lifestyle. Brad enjoys helping students share in those qualities.
